They lost to Islamabad United in the Qualifier round but defeated Karachi Kings in the second Eliminator match to reach the final.

In the final, they faced Islamabad United once again. Peshawar Zalmi lost the match by six wickets but were declared joint tournament winners along with Islamabad United due to weather conditions.
